Entering from the garage the bathroom & laundry are connected via an area which accommodates the vanity unit. Straight forward make over with fixtures not being moved.

After 5 weeks of work the renovation is complete, 2 new bathrooms & separate wc with floor to ceiling tiling. Floor tiling using a 450×450 Spanish tile running through most of the house. New kitchen installed with breakfast bar & tiling above bench top. Painted throughout using white on the ceilings, antique white to walls & the same to all woodwork. New carpets to bedrooms & front lounge.

The property went on the market & sold within 4 weeks for the full asking price. 

After two days of work internal demolition is complete.

This is a complete inside renovation of a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house. The bathroom, wc, laundry, kitchen & all floor coverings were removed. The main bedrooms walk in robe was altered to an ensuite so the property became a 3 by 2.
